What the Heck is Employee Well-being?
In the simplest terms, well-being refers to feeling satisfied and fulfilled. It might mean that you’re eating well, sleeping soundly, that you like your muscles, and that you’re happy. Or it might mean you feel none of those things but that your life is full of meaning and purpose.
Our approach to well-being honors that the human experience is enriched by four dimensions:

1. Mind: Can you cope with life’s stressors? Can you hold multiple perspectives? Can you think clearly and with curiosity? Do your emotions run the show - do you process your emotions with consciousness?
2. Body: Can your physical body support the life experience you desire? Can you regulate your nervous system like a bawse?
3. Heart: Do you have meaningful relationships? Can you let yourself be known to others without being defensive, shutting down, or caretaking? Can you love yourself and others from a vulnerable place?
4. Will: Do you have a purpose that you’re contributing to? Are you engaged in your work? Does your work make good of your unique perspectives and abilities?

Each learning track comes at an inclusive rate of $24,000 all three stages: Keynote, Workshops, and Integrative Coaching.
