Learning tracks allow us spread big ideas throughout the culture as a whole because, as they say, Rome wasn’t built in one single 60-minute webinar.
Learning tracks are made up of 1 keynote, 3 skills-based workshops, and 10 integrative coaching sessions.
Instead of one off programming, learning tracks are expertly curated programs taught by multiple facilitators so that each touchpoint builds on the last, and that organizations get exposure to a diverse roster of impactful speakers without having to hunt for speakers and cobble together training programs.

Integrative Coaching
Integrative coaching interviews key employees to learn about what psychosocial barriers undermine psychological health and safety and offers coaching to leadership in order to practically apply the ideas from the learning track back to the realities of the workplace.
